The client's health, status of medical treatment, range of motion, level of pain and any presence of lymphedema will all be considered to address specific needs. THAI YOGA BODYWORK
is a form of yoga where the therapist does the work for you. The client wears comfortable, stretchy clothes and lies on a mat on the floor. Muscles are stretched, joints open and energy is increased.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
incorporates warmed, smooth stones of various sizes used as tools in the therapist’s hands. The stones provide therapeutic warmth and relaxation for weary muscles.

is performed with the intent of improving chronic pain or injuries that have been diagnosed by a physician. A physician's note is required.
