Please be advised that certain medical conditions such as pregnancy (massage is only recommended during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters), cancer and any recent surgery, require your physician's written consent prior to any massage therapy.
We recommend that guests check in 15 minutes prior to all services. This will allow time for guests to get acquainted with the service provider, discuss any necessary information, and enjoy our spa amenities. Jewelry should not be worn during your spa visit. We are not responsible for any lost items. Please dress comfortably, slippers and robes are provided for you.
We understand there may be emergencies and situations beyond our control.
A missed appointment is a loss to both the spa and yourself. We request a 48 hour notice for a cancellation of services. A cancellation without sufficient notice may be subject to 50% of services cancellation fee. Fees may be deducted from gift certificates. Habitual no shows or those unable to keep their appointments without giving 48 hour notice will be charged for their services in advance in order to guarantee reservation of services.
It is in your own best interest to arrive early. Arriving late will cheat you of valuable minutes of your spa service. Your service will end on time as scheduled, regardless of the time you began, so other guests are not delayed. Please limit cell phone use to emergencies only. Our spa environment is one of relaxation and peace.
Guests wishing to give gratuity to the service provider may do so at the Front Desk. 15-20% is customary and greatly appreciated.
